SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE NINTH ANNUAL CONVENTION AND NATIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE PACE, TO BE HELD ON MAY 7-9, 1997, AT BWS AUDITORIUM, TAGBILARAN CITY.

All members of the COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP) are. hereby authorized to attend its regional election of officers to be held on all CLERAP Chapters throughout the country on May 8, 1997 , on OFFICIAL TIME , with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the election.
