REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2897 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF KALAYAAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MEXICO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Sebitanan is separated from the barrio of Panipuan, and the sitio of Divisoria is separated from the barrio of San Vicente, in the Municipality of Mexico, Province of Pampanga, and are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Kalayaan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
