REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8018 - AN ACT REVERTING THE NAME OF PHILIPPINE PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN QUEZON CITY, TO PHILIPPINE CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the Philippine Pediatric Hospital and Development Center in Quezon Boulevard, Quezon City, is hereby reverted to Philippine Children's Medical Center.

SEC. 2. Any other law, decree, act, executive order, proclamation, rules and regulations or part thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on May 25, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
