Narvasa, Chief Justice, and others, to be held at the Quezon City Sports Club on January 24, 1992, at 7:00 o'clock P.M.

Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available.
