SUBJECT : Fertilizer and Pesticides Authority (FPA) Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 1994
For your information and guidance, FPA Memorandum Circular No. 01, Series of 1994 transmitted on January 17, 1994 to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas by FPA Administrator Francisco C. Cornejo, with implementing guidelines for FPA Board Resolution No. 1 dated September 29, 1993 which banned/restricted the use of specific pesticides (591.10.02) in Agriculture.
