SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. PAUL C. ZAIDE

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 8 January 2019 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 10675, entitled "Datu Ismael Malangas vs. Atty. Paul C. Zaide," to wit:

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Manifestation of Compliance dated July 30, 2018 filed by the respondent.

It appears that the respondent had already complied with the Resolution dated May 31, 2016 by fully serving the suspension meted on him and by returning to the complainant the acceptance fee he received from the latter (per complainant's acknowledgement receipt found in the rollo), the Court thus, Resolves to LIFT respondent's suspension.
