TO: ALL CONCERNED COURT EMPLOYEES IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CEBU CITY, MANDAUE CITY AND LAPU-LAPU CITY
SUBJECT : AWARDING OF OUTSTANDING COURT EMPLOYEES DURING THE IBP LAW WEEK 2017 ON 20 SEPTEMBER 2017 AT THE PALACE OF JUSTICE, QIMONDA, NORTH RECLAMATION AREA, CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cebu City Chapter, will hold an awarding ceremony of outstanding court employees during the IBP Law Week 2017 on 20 September 2017, 1:00 p.m., at the Palace of Justice, Qimonda, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City.
All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the awarding ceremony, on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and measures taken to ensure no disruption of the court calendar.
The attendees shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
