ALL CONCERNED COURT EMPLOYEES IN THE CITIES AND PROVINCE OF CEBU

SUBJECT :

AWARDING CEREMONY FOR OUTSTANDING COURT EMPLOYEES ON SEPTEMBER 21, 2011 AT THE IBP SOCIAL HALL

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City and Cebu Province Chapter will hold an awarding ceremony for Outstanding Court Employees on September 21, 2011 at the IBP Social Hall.

All court employees, who are awardees are hereby authorized to attend the said awarding ceremony on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Atty. Earl M. Bonachita and Atty. Ferdinand A. Pepito, both Chapter Presidents of Cebu City and Cebu Province, respectively, are hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the completion of the activity.
