AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES TO THE JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE FOR JUDGES ON JUDICIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (SKILLS-BASED COURSE)

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 41-2010, Hon. Violeta M. Perena, Metropolitan Trial Court Br. 32. Quezon City, is hereby authorized to attend the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course), which will be held on June 2-4, 2010, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. at the Astoria Plaza, Pasig City.

The attendance in the aforementioned activity shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judge should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Judicial Settlement Conference for Judges on Judicial Dispute Resolution (Skills-Based Course) and that parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
