AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT SOCIAL WORKERS OF THE DESIGNATED FAMILY COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) AT THE "ORIENTATION ON THE VISA REQUIREMENTS OF ADOPTED CHILDREN BY FOREIGNERS"

The Department of Social Welfare and Development-National Capital Region will conduct the "Orientation on the Visa Requirements of Adopted Children by Foreigners" on February 17, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Cherry Blossoms Hotel, Ermita, Manila.

All Judges, Branch Clerks of Court and Court Social Workers of the Designated Family Courts of the National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) are authorized to attend the activity on OFFICIAL TTME.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
