TO: THE NATIONAL EXECUTIVE BOARD AND THE REGIONAL DIRECTORS OF THE JUDICIARY CLERKS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (JCAP)

SUBJECT : 2nd NATIONAL BOARD MEETING ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2016 IN CEBU CITY

The National Executive Board and Regional Directors of the Judiciary Clerks Association of the Philippines (JCAP) will hold their 2 nd national board meeting on 30 September 2016 in Cebu City.

In connection therewith, the following JCAP National Executive Board and Regional Directors are hereby authorized to attend the national board meeting, on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:
