REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING AND TURN OVER CEREMONY ON JANUARY 11, 2007 AT MAKATl CITY

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting and Turn-Over Ceremony on January 11, 2007 at 10:00 o'clock in the morning at Metro Club, Estrella St., Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting/turn over ceremony on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Guillermo P. Agloro, Executive Vice-President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting/turn over ceremony.
