EXECUTIVE BOARD AND THE BOARD OF REGIONAL REPRESENTAITVE OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTEREPRETER, INC. (PHILACI, INC.)

SUBJECT:

BI-ANNUAL MEETING ON MARCH 9-11, 2005 AT THE DIOCESAN HUMAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER, BETHLEHEM, SOGOD, BACACAY, ALBAY

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters (PHILACI) will hold its Bi-Annual Meeting on March 9-11, 2005 at the Diocesan Human Development Center, Bethlehem, Sogod, Bacacay, Albay.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Gilbert B. Serrano, National President, PHILACI, shall submit to the date of the this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
