AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF DESIGNATED GREEN COURTS OF REGION IX AT THE 15TH MULTI-SECTORAL CAPACITY BUILDING ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES
The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, will conduct the 15th Multi-Sectoral Capacity Building on Environmental Laws and the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases on June 27 to 29, 2012 at the Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City.
The following Judges and Branch Clerks of Court of designated green courts of Region IX are required to attend and participate in the seminar-workshop:

The attendance of the participants in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
