For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Third Division dated 19 August 2015 in Administrative Case No. 9120, entitled "Augusto P. Baldado vs. Atty. Aquilino A. Mejica," to wit:

Acting on the Report and Recommendation dated August 6, 2015 of the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC) on respondent's Motion to Lift Suspension from Practice of Law dated July 14, 2015, submitting that based on the records and documents submitted, respondent has fully served the order of suspension from the practice of law as enunciated in the Decision dated March 11, 2013 and Resolution dated March 9, 2015, the Court, upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension and ALLOW respondent to RESUME his practice of law.
