AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF AN "EVALUATION OF THE DRAFT FINAL REPORT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM OF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JUDICIARY" AND THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL
The formulation of the Infrastructure Program of Requirements for the Judiciary has been completed and is now ready for finalization. An agreement on the programming of courthouses to optimize investments has also been reached.
In this connection a final evaluation of the "Study on the Infrastructure Program of Requirements for the Judiciary" shall be conducted on 05 August 2003 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Manila Pavillion Hotel, United Nations Avenue, Manila. This undertaking shall involve, among other things, (1) the presentation of the final draft report of the study as revised during the last roundtable discussions (to include the following: Design standards in the formulation of the capital investment program; Ranking method used; Prioritization of the capital investment program; Resource generation strategies; Implementation structure and management strategies to implement the program) ; and (2) the presentation of the architectural options, their implications, and recommendations.
The following court officials and personnel are hereby authorized to attend and actively participate in this final round of evaluation:

Participation in the evaluation shall be on official time. All expenses related to this activity, such as food, accommodation, facilitation costs, transportation expenses, supplies and materials, gasoline and other contingencies and miscellaneous expenses shall be charged against the Urban Integrated Consultants, Inc., (UICI) contract under the PHRD Grant.
The above-named participants are requested to give priority to this undertaking. Manila, 31 July 2003.
