ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

TO :

ALL COURT EMPLOYEES OF ABRA

SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL CONVENTION AND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING OF THE COURT EMPLOYEES OF THE PROVINCE OF ABRA ON JUNE 3, 1996, AT THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, ABRA CAPITOL BUILDING

The court employees of the Province of ABRA will hold a convention on June 3, 1996, at the Regional Trial Court, Abra Capitol Building , for the purpose of organizing the provincial chapter of PACE thereat.

All court employees are authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance shall be on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention.
