FOR: THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PWJA)

SUBJECT : 21st PWJA ANNUAL CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON 09 TO 11 MARCH 2016 AT THE MANILA HOTEL, CITY OF MANILA

The Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA) will hold its 21 st Annual Convention-Seminar on 09 to 11 March 2016 at the Manila Hotel, City of Manila, with the theme "Philippine Women Judges: Dispensing Justice with Gender Perspective".

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the annual convention-seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS. Expenses to be incurred by the trial court women judges (1 st and 2 nd level) shall be chargeable to local funds if authorized and available. Further, they shall see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Tita Marilyn Payoyo-Villordon, PWJA Secretary, shall submit a report and complete list of all officers and members who attended the event to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
