: ALL JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA AND THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS WITHIN ITS ADMINISTRATIVE AREA

SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE CONFERENCE - DIALOGUE TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 31, 1997, AT THE PARTYLAND, DOLORES, SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

All judges and court personnel of the Regional Trial Court, San Fernando, Pampanga, and the Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Circuit Trial Courts within its administrative area, are hereby authorized to attend the conference-dialogue organized by the Executive Judge, that court, to be held on January 31, 1997, at 10:00 o'clock in the morning, at the Partyland, Dolores, San Fernando, Pampanga .

The participation and attendance of judges and court personnel will be on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the conference-dialogue.
