SUBJECT :

COSTRAPHIL 30TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION ON APRIL 12 TO 13, 2012 AT THE BAGUIO CONVENTION CENTER, BAGUIO CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographers Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc. will hold its 30th Year Anniversary Celebration on April 12 to 13, 2012 at the Baguio Convention Center, Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said activity on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms: Clarissa C. Manukil, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the anniversary celebration within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the event.
