SUBJECT : SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR ONE (1) MONTH OF ATTY. AGUSTIN C. TARROZA

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Resolution of the Supreme Court En Banc dated 10 March 2015 in Administrative Case No. 7037 entitled "Court of Appeals vs. Atty. Agustin C. Tarroza," to wit:

FINDING the recommendation of the IBP to be supported by the evidence on record and the applicable laws and rules, and for violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Rule on Anti-Forum Shopping, the Court ADOPTS and AFFIRMS Resolution No. XVIII-2008-285 dated June 5, 2008 and Resolution No. XXI-2014-105 dated March 21, 2014. Atty. Agustin C. Tarroza is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of ONE (1) MONTH.

In a Resolution dated 30 June 2015, the Court further DENIED with FINALITY respondent's motion for reconsideration, there being no substantial matters raised to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
