WINDING UP OF FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSACTIONS OF THE REGIONAL COURT ADMINISTRATION OFFICE (RCAO) IN THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL REGION

Pursuant to the En Banc Resolution in A.M. No. 06-11-09-SC dated November 14, 2006, entitled "Implementing the Pilot Project on Enhancing the Autonomy, Accountability and Efficiency of the Judiciary, and the Administration of Justice, Establishing and Operationalizing the Pilot Organization Infrastructure, Providing for General Implementation Arrangements and Other Purposes", the RCAO 7th Judicial Region was established on January 2008. However, in the exigency of the service, and until further Orders from the Court, you are hereby DIRECTED to wind up all transactions relating to financial and administrative functions. Thus, all transactions after October 31, 2011 shall be submitted to the Office of the Court Administrator, more particularly to the Financial Management Office and the Office of the Administrative Services.

All concerns pertaining to the above-cited transactions shall be addressed to and/or coordinated with:
