TO : THE EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS

SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF THE NUMBER OF DETAINESS FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE DETAINEES NOTEBOOK

Section 15 (c) of the 18 March 2014 Resolution of the Court in A.M. No. 12-11-2-SC (Guidelines for Decongesting Holding jails by Enforcing the Rights of Accused Persons to Bail and to Speedy Trial), provides that "[e]ach court shall maintain a 'Detainees Notebook,’ that shall be supplied by the Office of the Court Administrator x x x." In view of the foregoing, you are hereby directed to inform this Office, no later than 15 January 2016, Friday, of the number of detainees in your respective jurisdictions to facilitate the distribution of the Detainees Notebook.
