SUBJECT:

5 th ANNUAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AT ORACAX AKLAN ON NOVEMBER 18 TO 21, 2003

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METROCJAP) will hold its 511" Annual Convention/Seminar at Boracay, Aldan on November 18 to 21, 2003.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL" BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they shall see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties axe notified in advance of any cancelled hearina.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said meeting.
