A.M. No. 01-3-04-SC - RE: AMENDMENT OF CIRCULAR NO. 18-97 - GUIDELINES ON THE DETAIL AND REASSIGNMENT OF PERSONNEL OF THE LOWER COURTS

For the information and guidance of all concerned, par. 4 of Circular No. 18-97 dated 8 April 1997 lias been amended pursuant to the resolution dated 27 March 2001 in A.M. No. 01-3-04-SC. - Re: Amendment of Circular No. 18-97 -Guidelines on the Detail and Reassignment of Personnel of the Lower Courts, to read as follows:

"4. The detail or reassignment of court personnel shall be allowed only for a maximum period of one year in the case of employees occupying professional and technical position. In the case of other employees, detail or reassignment beyond one year maybe allowed provided it is with the consent of the detailed employees. (Sec. 6 [a and b], Rule III, Omnibus Rules on Appointments and other Personnel Actions, MC No. 40, s. 1998)"

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
