TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING ON 03 AND 04 MARCH 2016 AT THE CAFE LATTE, BOARDWALK, MANDURRIAO, ILOILO CITY

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold their quarterly board meeting on 03 and 04 March 2016 at the Cafe Latte, Boardwalk, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the meeting with a complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
