AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL REGION AT THE TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE 2016 REVISED RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES FOR FIRST LEVEL COURT JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will be conducting the Training Seminar on the 2016 Revised Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Court Judges and the Clerks of Court of Region 9 on April 8, 2016 (Friday), 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Top Plaza Hotel, Dipolog City.

All First Level Court Judges and Clerks of Court of the Ninth Judicial Region are required to attend this Training Seminar.

Attendance in this Training-Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to this seminar-workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), 3 rd Floor, Centennial Bldg., Supreme Court, Padre Faura St. corner Taft Avenue, Manila.
