TO : ALL JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND COURT PERSONNEL (WHO ARE IBP MEMBERS) OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS

SUBJECT : INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES (IBP) 14th NATIONAL CONVENTION OF LAWYERS ON JANUARY 16 TO 18, 2013 IN DAVAO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) with hold its 14th National Convention of Lawyers on January 16 to 18, 2013 in Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Roan I. Libarios, National president of the IBP, shal submit a report (including the complete list of all judges, clerks of court and court personnel who attended the convention) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the convention.
