ALL OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PJA)

SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON JULY 31, 2009 AT AVENUE HOTEL, NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR

The Officers and Directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold the monthly Directors/Officers Conference and Regional Consultative Meeting at 11:00 o'clock in the morning on July 31, 2009 at Avenue Hotel, Naga City , Camarines Sur.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Antonio M. Eugenio, Jr., President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
