TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : 17th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 23 TO 25 SEPTEMBER 2015 AT MALVAR, BATANGAS

The Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold its 17 th National Convention with the theme "Sharpening the Saw: Fortifying Judicial Integrity and Dignity" at the LIMA Park Hotel, LIMA Technology Center, Malvar, Batangas, on 23 to 25 September 2015.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Leilani Marie Dacanay-Grimares, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the conduct of the convention with the list of judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
