SEMINAR ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS TO BE HELD ON FEBRUARY 15 - 16, 1996, AT THE HYATT REGENCY HOTEL, ROXAS BLVD., PASAY CITY

Retired Justice Serafin V.C. Guingona has informed the Office that the WORLD ASSOCIATION OF LAW PROFESSORS (WALP ) and the SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW are co-sponsoring a SEMINAR ON INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS to be held on February 15 - 16, 1996, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the HYATT REGENCY HOTEL , Roxas Blvd., Pasay City.

Registration fee for the Seminar is P3,50.0.00, if paid before November 30, 1995, P3,800.00 if paid thereafter.

Attendance at the Seminar, including travel to Manila and back to the official station, will be considered on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds, if available, provided that attendance thereat will not prejudice proper management of the court's docket. If a judge should decide to attend the Seminar, parties should be notified well ahead of time of the cancellation of the hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the seminar.
