TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT: QUARTERLY MEETING ON 06 AND 07 FEBRUARY 2019 IN DUMAGUETE CITY

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MeTCJAP) will hold their first quarterly meeting on 06 and 07 February 2019 in Dumaguete City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Sheryll Dolendo Tulabing, Secretary General of the MeTCJAP, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meeting with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
