AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE AT THE JURIS ADR MODEL COURT PROJECT LECTURE-WORKSHOP ON MEDIATOR CORE COMPETENCIES AND ON THE NEW PHILIPPINE MEDIATION CENTER (PMC) PROCESS FLOW, FORMS AND STRUCTURE

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute (NJI) will hold two half-day lecture-workshops on Mediator Core Competencies and on the New Philippine Mediation Center (PMC) Process Flow, Forms and Structure for the Judges, Clerks of Court and Mediators of; (1) Bacolod to be held on October 11, 2004 at the Negros Women, Bacolod; (2) San Fernando, Pampanga to be held on October 12, 2004, at the Patrias Restaurant, San Fernando, Pampanga.
