For your information and guidance, attached is a copy of the decision of the Third Division of this Court dated 14 December 2005, in Administrative Case No. 6554 entitled, "Erlinda K. Ilusorio-Bildner vs. Atty. Luis K. Lokin and the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar" ordering thar suspension of respondent Atty. Luis K. Lokin from the practice of law for three (3) months.
