RE:

5 TH NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 3, 4 AND 5 DECEMBER 2003 AT THE TEACHERS CAMP, BAGUIO CITY

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its 5th National Convention and Seminar on 3, 4 and 5 December 2003 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges/Presiding Judges.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to the Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.

This circular amends Circular No. 11-2001 dated 5 February 2002.
