T O : THE CONCERNED EXECUTIVE JUDGES

SUBJECT : OFFICIAL OBSERVERS AT THE ELECTION OF THE REGIONAL GOVERNORS AND EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE INTEGRATED BAR OF THE PHILIPPINES

Section 15, Article I of the By-Laws of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) provides that the Supreme Court may designate an official observer at any election of the Integrated Bar. In accordance with this provision and upon request of Atty. Jose Aguila Grapilon, IBP National President, in his letter dated 5 May 1999, the following Executive Judges are hereby designated as official observers at the IBP elections, as follows:

A. Election of Governors on 12 June 1999, Saturday (Office of the Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court):
