AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED CLERKS OF COURT OR CLERKS IN CHARGE OF SMALL CLAIMS CASES IN THE FIRST LEVEL COURTS OF REGION FOUR AT THE TRAINING ON THE SMALL CLAIMS CASE MONITORING SYSTEM FOR REGION FOUR (BATCH 2)

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the Office of the Court Administrator and the Program Management Office, and in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), through the American Bar Association - Rule of Law Initiative (ABA-ROLI). will conduct the "Training on the Small Claims Monitoring System for Region 4 (Batch 2), " on May 24, 2012, at Traders Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City.

The Clerks of Court or Clerks in Charge of. the Small Claims Cases for First Level Trjal Courts of Region 4 are designated participants on the aforementioned seminar.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.
