TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CBRCUIT TRIAL COURTS IN THE CITIES OF DAGUPAN, SAN CARLOS, URDANETA AND ALMINOS AND IN THE PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

SUBJECT: MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) SEMINAR ON 15 AND 16 MAY 2002 AT DAGUPAN CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Pangasinan Chapter and the University of the Philippines Institute of Judicial Administration (UP-IJA) will sponsor a two-day seminar as part of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on 15 and 16 May 2002 at Dagupan City.

Judges and Clerks of Court are authorized to attend the said seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
