ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

TO :

ALL CLERKS OF COURT III OF THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES

SUBJECT:

2ND NATIONAL CONVENTION ON NOVEMBER 27, 28 & 29, 1996, AT THE PALACE OF JUSTICE, PROVINCIAL CAPITOL BUILDING, OSMEÑA AVENUE, CEBU CITY

The Union of Clerks of Court of the Philippines, headed by Ramon O. Reyes, National-President, will be conducting its Second Convention for all Clerks of Court III of the Metropolitan Trial Courts and Municipal Trial Courts in Cities on November 27, 28 & 29, 1996, at the Palace of Justice, Provincial Capitol Building, Osmeña Avenue, Cebu City .

The Clerks of Courts III concerned are authorized to attend the convention on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
