SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. ELLY L. PAMATONG FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR TWO (2) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 14 June 2016 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 7330, entitled "Judge Gregorio D. Pantanosas, Jr. v. Atty. Elly L. Pamatong," to wit:

WHEREFORE, we SUSPEND Atty. Elly L Pamatong from the practice of law for two 2) years effective upon finality of this Decision. We STERNLY WARN the respondent that a repetition of the same or similar infraction shall merit a more severe sanction.

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 6328, respondent, thru authorized agent Jaime Manoloto, received the aforesaid Decision on 2 August 2016.
