1 2 Letter of Authority: Mission Order; 3 Final Assessment Notice / Formal Letter of Demand; 4. Final Decision on Disputed Assessment; 5. 6. Subpoena Duces Tecum; Authority to Issue Refund;

1 Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes; and. 8. Authority to Cancel Assessment for purposes of availment of tax amnesty

This Order shall take effect on February 5,2026 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of OIC-RD Remir H. Macatangay for official duty.
