SUBJECT : LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. SALVADOR QUIMPO

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the First Division dated 09 November 2015 in Administrative Case No. 6128 entitled "Rosemarie L. Hsieh vs. Attys. Salvador Quimpo and Nancy Quimpo," to wit:

The Court resolves:

to NOTE the compliance dated September 1, 2015 of respondent Atty. Salvador Quimpo submitting a sworn statement with the certification dated August 27, 2015 from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines CALMANA Chapter and the certification dated August 13, 2015 from the Regional Trial Court, Caloocan City. Both affirming that he has not appeared in court and filed any pleadings during the period of his three-month suspension from January 25, 2007 to April 25, 2007; and

to LIFT the order of suspension of respondent Atty. Salvador Quimpo from the practice of law and to ALLOW him to RESUME his practice of law.
