SUBJECT:

3 rd REGIONAL ASSEMBLY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN PHILIPPINES, FARMER'S TRAINING CENTER, CATARMAN, NORTHERN SAMAR ON MAY 27-28, 2005

The Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI) will hold its 3 rd Regional Assembly on May 27-28, 2005 at the University of Eastern Philippines, Fanner's Training Center, Catarman, Northern Samar for the entire Region VIII.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Ma. Joy S. Nicolasora, Regional President, PHILACI, Region VIII shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the assembly
