TO : THE OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT : REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING AND PLANNING CONFERENCE ON 14-15 JANUARY 2016 AT THE CHATEAU ROYALE SPORTS AND COUNTRY CLUB, NASUGBU, BATANGAS

The officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold their regular monthly meeting and planning conference on 14-15 January 2016 at the Chateau Royale Sports and Country Club, Nasugbu, Batangas.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Racquelen Abary-Vasquez, Secretary General of the PJA, shall submit a report of the meeting with the complete list of all the judges who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
