SUBJECT:

13 TH PACE NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON JULY 1 TO 3, 2009 AT THE CEBU INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER, MANDAUE CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 13 th National Convention/Seminar on July 1 to 3 : 2009 at the Cebu International Convention Center, Mandaue City.

Al! concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten days from the date of the convention.
