SUBJECT: IBP REGIONAL CONFERENCE IN SORSOGON, SORSOGON ON NOVEMBER 8 AND 9. 1991
At the instance of Atty. Beda G. Fajardo, IBP Governor for Bicolandia, all judges of Region 5 are urged to attend the IBP Sportsfest on November 8, 1991, and the IBP Regional Conference scheduled the following day, November 9, 1991, both to be held in Sorsogon, Sorsogon. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available.
