SUBJECT:

PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) CAGAYAN DE ORO CHAPTER SPORTSFEST

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Cagayan de Oro City Chapter will be holding a Sportsfest to be launched on April 1, 2011, 2:00 P.M., with the theme "Physical Awareness for a stronger and more empowered Court Employees" and to culminate on the 110th Anniversary of the Supreme Court on June 10, 2011. In this connection, the court employees in Cagayan de Oro City are hereby authorized to attend the aforecited activity on OFFICIAL TIME. The Executive Judges/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that subsequent activities every Friday from April 8 to June 10, 2011 shall be scheduled after office hours, so as not to disrupt the business of the courts.

Atty. Jerlie P. Luis-Requerme, Chapter President of the Association shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, a report regarding the sportsfest within ten (10) days from the conciusion of the said events.
