SUBJECT: NATIONAL BOARD MEETINGS ON 11 AND 12 OCTOBER 2018 AT THE PACE HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The National Officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold their meetings on 11 and 12 October 2018, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the PACE Headquarters, 5th Floor, Room 529, Manila City Hall, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following PACE officers are hereby authorized to attend the meetings, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar:

Mr. Edmund Sanchez De Javing, PACE National President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meetings with the attendance sheets within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
