AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE LAPU-LAPU CITY COURTS AT THE PRELIMINARY NEEDS ASSESSMENT ON THE ENHANCED CASEFLOW MANAGEMENT (eCFM) SYSTEM.

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in cooperation with the Program Management Office (PMO) will conduct a "Preliminary Needs Assessment on the Caseflow Management (eCFM) System", to be held in Cebu City at the Days Hotel, on 17 August 2007.

The following Lapu-Lapu court judges and personnel are required to attend and participate in the seminar:

2. Hon. Toribio S. Quiwag Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 27

3. Hon. Benedicto G. Cobarde Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 53

4. Hon. Hadjirasul M. Macaundas Assisting Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 53

5. Hon. Ester Morales Veloso Presiding Judge, MTCC

6. Atty. Rey C. Ponce Clerk of Court, RTC OCC

7. Atty. Dennis De Leon Pacas Branch Clerk of Court, RTC Branch 54

8. Atty. Nancy C. Arriesgado Branch Clerk of Court, RTC Branch 27

9. Atty. Andrea P. Maratas Branch Clerk of Court, RTC Branch 53

10. Ms. Rhodora Seno Chavez OIC-Clerk of Court, MTCC OCC

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICLAL TIME.

The participants should see to it that their respective court calendar is properly managed for the duration of the conference, and the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
