ALL THE OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

SPECIAL QUARTERLY MEETINGS

The new set of Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METCJAP) will be holding special quarterly meetings every last Thursdays and Fridays of every quarter starting December 2007.

The conduct of said activity is hereby GRANTED. All concerned are authorized to attend the quarterly meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing. Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja , Secretary Genera! of the association is directed to submit a report on the meeting to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the date of every meeting.
